The club committee took the decision to upgrade the till system we were using and go in a fresh direction, which has bought us multiple new benefits to be able to pass on to our club members and members of the public coming to the club!

Firstly for those of you who currently have membership cards, they will also still work on the new system. New members will all get given a membership card, and if have misplaced your card they are easy to replace for a £5 charge.

You will now have the ability to PRE PAY onto your membership accounts. This is quick and easy to do over the bar, just hand the member of staff your membership card, tell them how much you wish to add along with any other purchases and it will be added straight away.

Another new feature is the LOYALTY POINT scheme. For every 50p you spend over the bar you will earn 1 loyalty point, and 1 point = 1p. You can earn point via every purchase over the bar (food, drink, hall hire, membership etc.) and spend put it towards all the same things. Just remember to hand your card over every transaction!

We will be strict on only allowing the membership holder to spend pre paid amounts/loyalty points over the till and anyone else claiming to have permission from another member will be declined unless that member is there to give permission. Though there will be exceptions for children spending on their parents memberships and also family members/spouses.
